Build, lead and execute all sales force effectiveness initiatives to build a high-performing sales organization.
Proactively collect, monitor, analyze and communicate targeted, relevant sales information to facilitate understanding of business performance across segments, accounts, and geographies to make informed decisions regarding opportunities and performance
Analyze brand and team performance on multiple quantitative and qualitative KPIs and provides conclusive reports and recommendations adapted to the differential needs of internal customers.
Engage with relevant internal stakeholders to implement programs to drive the business needs and support the sales strategy
Participate the process for segmentation and targeting, territory/account planning, and target setting based on appropriate data sources
Lead internal meetings to ensure metrics are clearly understood and acted upon.
Bring support to operational planning, regional and key account plans.
Monitor data analysis, sales tracking data and sales activities to support recommendations to the sales management teams to develop and improve performance of sales teams.
Develop tailored dashboards / reports to monitor performance data and track progress ensuring they are easy to use and implement for the end user.
Support with the development, implementation monitoring and reporting of bonus schemes for field teams across all brands.
Gather, identify, and analyze CRM software requirements and ensure that they are met.
Provide timely insights and analytical support to different internal business stakeholders (including sales, marketing and other departments) to support effective business decision-making.
