Strategic Planning: Design and implement strategic sales plans to expand the company's customer base and ensure a strong presence
Team Management: set objectives, coach, and monitor the performance of sales representatives
Customer Relationships: Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs
Reporting: Present sales, revenue, and expense reports along with realistic forecasts to the management team
Market Analysis: Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being aware of new products and competition
Actively prospect and introduce innovative ingredients to new customers.
Monitor market trends and competitors to spot opportunities.
Represent Manuchar at key trade fairs and events like Food Africa and Gulf Food.
