Location: Alexandria, Egypt Industry: EPC / EPCM / Industrial Projects Job Description Alex Fort Worth is hiring a BIM Engineering Manager to lead BIM implementation and multidisciplinary model coordination across industrial EPC/EPCM projects. The role is responsible for driving BIM strategy, improving coordination between disciplines, reducing clashes, supporting constructability, and linking engineering design with fabrication and site execution. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in industrial and electromechanical projects, steel structures, mechanical equipment integration, and brownfield environments. Job Responsibilities Develop and implement BIM standards, procedures, and workflows across projects. Prepare project-specific BIM Execution Plans based on project scope and requirements. Lead BIM implementation from design through construction and handover. Manage multidisciplinary BIM models across civil, structural, steel, mechanical, piping, electrical, and electromechanical systems. Lead clash detection sessions, model reviews, and coordination meetings. Ensure model accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project requirements. Support the production of coordinated drawings, installation drawings, and as-built models. Coordinate with engineering, fabrication, construction, and site teams to support execution. Participate in project meetings with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders. Lead and develop BIM engineers, modelers, and coordinators. Prepare BIM progress reports, coordination logs, and issue trackers.
