Graphic / Visual Designer
Media Buyer
Camera Operator / Content Production
You will act as the bridge between the Sales Department and Technical Team, transforming client needs into actionable marketing strategies and ensuring smooth delivery across campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Management
Lead and supervise the technical marketing team
Assign responsibilities and manage daily workflows
Create systems and SOPs for operations
Conduct performance reviews and quality control
Build a high-performance team culture
Marketing Strategy
Develop marketing strategies for client campaigns
Translate business objectives into campaign plans
Identify target audiences and messaging angles
Oversee content direction and campaign structure
Project Management
Coordinate timelines and deliverables
Ensure projects are delivered on schedule
Prioritize workload across multiple clients
Track project progress and solve execution bottlenecks
Creative Direction
Review copywriting and visual outputs
Guide campaign concepts and creative ideas
Maintain brand consistency and quality standards
Approve final deliverables before launch
Performance & Analytics
Monitor campaign performance
Analyze KPIs and results
Work closely with Media Buyers to optimize campaigns
Produce reports and actionable recommendations
Cross-Department Collaboration
Coordinate with the Sales team regarding client expectations
Participate in client strategy discussions
Ensure seamless handoff from sales to execution
