Overview: As a Turkish Customer Service - Chatting Specialist, you will be the friendly voice (or rather, text!) of our brand, providing unparalleled support and assistance to our Turkish-speaking customers. You'll engage directly with customers through web chat, resolving inquiries, providing information, and ensuring a seamless and positive experience. This role is perfect for a proactive problem-solver who enjoys helping others and excels at written communication.
Responsibilities:
Proactively engage with customers via web chat, providing prompt and accurate responses to inquiries in Turkish.
Deliver outstanding customer service and customer care by actively listening to customer needs and offering effective solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently, escalating complex cases when necessary.
Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge to effectively assist customers.
Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and contribute to process improvements.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve departmental goals.
Document all customer interactions accurately and thoroughly in our CRM system.
Skills & Technologies: To excel in this role, you will leverage your expertise in Customer Service, Customer Support, and Web Chat. Fluency in Turkish Language is essential, alongside strong communication skills and proficiency with various CRM Software. Your ability to demonstrate empathy, provide problem-solving solutions, and maintain excellent typing skills will be key to your success.
