Key Responsibilities:
Manage communication and coordination between management and staff
Organize schedules, meetings, follow-ups, and daily administrative operations
Handle professional communications with clients, partners, and suppliers
Build and maintain strong business relationships and partnerships
Support in securing catering deals and corporate contracts
Assist in expanding VOYA branches and business opportunities
Represent management professionally during meetings and external communications
Prepare reports, updates, and operational follow-ups when needed
