You will be at the forefront of creating products that tackle the diverse challenges of modern farming.     Responsibilities As a core member of our R&D team, you will take ownership of the product lifecycle from lab bench to market shelf: Identify trends and "pain points" in the current agricultural market to guide development. Create innovative product formulations utilizing available raw materials and localized resources. Write and implement actionable SOPs to enhance production efficiency and product stability.  Lead R&D trials to validate new features and benchmark performance against market leaders.
