Supervise and monitor daily production activities across manufacturing lines.
Ensure production targets and KPIs are achieved according to the production plan.
Monitor machine performance and coordinate with maintenance teams to minimize downtime.
Ensure smooth operation of frying, seasoning, packaging, and processing lines.
Follow up on shift performance and resolve operational issues promptly.
Analyze production data to identify inefficiencies and implement corrective actions.
Improve line efficiency, productivity, and material utilization.
Reduce waste, product loss, and downtime using continuous improvement methodologies.
Participate in Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, and food safety standards.
Coordinate with Quality teams to maintain product specifications and quality standards.
Monitor critical control points during production processes.
Ensure proper sanitation and hygiene practices on production floors.
Prepare production reports and performance analysis.
Monitor OEE, waste percentages, downtime, and efficiency metrics.
Maintain accurate production records and operational documentation.
Ensure adherence to occupational health & safety regulations.
Promote safe working practices within production areas.
Report and investigate operational incidents when required.
