Ensure that all incoming and outgoing documents are reviewed, properly filed, and distributed to relevant parties. Register and track documents, drawings, transmittals, correspondence, and reports using document control systems or software. Prepare document templates and standardize formatting and numbering according to company or project guidelines. Monitor document timelines to ensure submission deadlines are met and highlight delays to relevant teams. Archive project documentation at project closeout in accordance with company procedures and audit requirements. Coordinate with engineering, planning, and quality teams to ensure documentation is up to date and accurately reflects the latest revisions. Support project audits and quality checks by providing the necessary documentation as required.
