Responsible for conducting outbound calls to patients to confirm their monthly medication orders, ensuring accuracy, adherence, and timely delivery.
The role involves verifying prescriptions, quantities, delivery details, and addressing any patient inquiries or concerns with a followed script.
Agents are expected to maintain high call quality standards, ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and company policies, and accurately update patient information on the system.
The team plays a critical role in enhancing patient experience, minimizing order errors, and supporting continuity of care.
Additionally, the role includes coordinating with internal teams (pharmacy, operations, and logistics) to resolve discrepancies, follow up on pending confirmations, and ensure smooth order processing and fulfillment.
