Develop and execute weekly production plans in coordination with Production Planning & Sales.
Ensure smooth production flow across preparation, processing, packaging, sterilization, and chilled meat sections.
Monitor production performance and ensure adherence to production schedules.
Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Warehouses, and other departments to resolve operational issues.
Control waste levels, optimize resource consumption (water, electricity, materials), and improve productivity.
Ensure full compliance with quality systems, food safety standards (HACCP), and company procedures.
Supervise, train, and evaluate production teams; manage shifts, attendance, and overtime.
Monitor production KPIs and report deviations or stoppages to senior management.
Ensure accurate production data entry and reporting on ERP systems (AX).
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, product development, and process optimization.
Ensure implementation of 5S and corrective & preventive actions.
