1. Patient Experience & Front Desk
Welcome patients in a professional and friendly manner
Handle patient inquiries (calls, WhatsApp, social media messages)
Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments
2. Administrative Duties
Maintain and update patient records accurately
Handle payments
Prepare daily reports (appointments, revenue, attendance)
3. Clinic Operations
Ensure smooth workflow inside the clinic
Manage waiting area and patient flow efficiently
Follow up with patients for appointments and programs
Handle basic problem-solving and patient concerns
4. Sales & Communication
Explain clinic services and programs clearly to patients
Support conversions (inquiries → bookings)
Promote offers and packages when appropriate
5. General Support
Ensure clinic environment is organized and presentable
