Job Summary
The Key Account Specialist will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with key clients in the pharmaceutical and FMCG sectors within the local market. This role focuses on driving revenue growth, ensuring customer satisfaction, and identifying new business opportunities for packaging solutions including folding cartons, pharmaceutical leaflets, and corrugated packaging.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and develop strong, long-term relationships with key accounts in the pharmaceutical and FMCG sectors
Act as the main point of contact between the company and assigned clients
Identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts to maximize sales volume and profitability
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms in line with company policies
Coordinate with internal departments (production, planning, quality, and logistics) to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction
Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to provide strategic insights
Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs
Handle client inquiries, complaints, and after-sales support efficiently
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and forecasts
Support in product development discussions based on customer requirements
