We are expanding our team in Cairo and looking for a Senior Sales to lead the client experience on the showroom floor. About the Role You will be the face of Lugar Nefertiti in our showroom, guiding clients through our collections, understanding their lifestyle and design needs, and turning every visit into a long-term relationship. This role is ideal for someone who loves premium furniture, has a refined sales approach, and is confident dealing with high-end clients and large projects. Key Responsibilities Welcome clients and offer a highly personalized, consultative sales experience Present and explain products, materials, customization options and lead times Prepare quotations and close sales for both retail customers and project clients Follow up on leads, site visits and ongoing projects to secure deals Coordinate with design, production and logistics teams to ensure smooth order flow Provide after-sales support to maintain exceptional client satisfaction Contribute to achieving and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets Help train and support junior sales team members when needed Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience in furniture sales or high-end interiors (must) Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Strong client-facing and negotiation skills with a confident, polished attitude Excellent communication in Arabic and very good English (spoken & written) Good understanding of measurements, floor plans and basic interior design concepts Comfortable working in a showroom environment, including weekends and peak seasons Positive, proactive mindset and strong sense of ownership and responsibility What We Offer Competitive salary and attractive sales commission Opportunity to work with a fast-growing luxury Egyptian brand Stylish, inspiring showroom environment Clear career growth path within the sales & projects team If you see yourself representing Lugar Nefertiti and building lasting relationships with our clients, we’d love to hear from you.
