Job Description الوصف الوظيفي
Job Responsibilities:   Lead and mentor a dedicated team of Quality Assurance specialists, fostering their growth and ensuring peak performance. Design, implement, and optimize comprehensive Quality Assurance and Quality Control processes and methodologies. Conduct regular quality audits and performance reviews, identifying areas for enhancement and ensuring compliance with established quality frameworks. Develop and present insightful reporting on quality metrics, trends, and team achievements to key stakeholders. Drive continuous process improvement initiatives using methodologies like Six Sigma to enhance operational efficiency and product quality. Collaborate cross-functionally with various departments, managing quality-related project management tasks from inception to completion. Ensure exceptional customer service by upholding rigorous quality standards across all customer touchpoints. Skills & Technologies: This role demands a strong command of Quality Assurance principles, hands-on experience with Quality Control, and proven expertise in Leadership Management and Team Management. Proficiency in Quality Auditing, implementing diverse Quality Frameworks, and advanced Reporting skills are essential. A background in Six Sigma and strong capabilities in Stakeholder Management and Project Management are highly valued.
