What You'll Do: Responsibilities That Drive Impact
Perform initial Diagnostics and advanced Troubleshooting for the customer's vehicle
Advise the client with required maintenance
Test drive the vehicle after maintenance
Ensure customer satisfaction through professional diagnostics and timely service
Communicate with other departments as needed to ensure customer satisfaction
USE ERP as relevant to document vehicle maintenance and repairs daily
