Review and evaluate client modification requests (design and finishing changes)
Ensure all client modifications comply with project specifications, codes, and company standards
Prepare and update drawings based on approved client changes
Coordinate with technical office, site engineers, and other disciplines (MEP & structural)
Communicate with clients to clarify requirements and provide technical guidance
Issue and track modification approvals and documentation
Ensure modifications are properly implemented on site
Identify and resolve any technical conflicts resulting from client changes
Maintain records of all client modifications and approvals
Support project team in minimizing delays caused by design changes
