Job Title: Account Manager
Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Account Manager to oversee client accounts from order placement through final delivery. The role requires strong coordination across sales, logistics, and documentation to ensure seamless execution, accurate pricing, and high client satisfaction. The ideal candidate is responsive, solution-driven, and capable of managing multiple priorities without compromising quality.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring timely and professional communication.
Handle order processing from confirmation to delivery, ensuring accuracy and adherence to client requirements.
Prepare and manage pricing, quotations, and commercial offers in line with company strategy.
Coordinate and book vessels/shipments, liaising with freight forwarders and shipping lines.
Prepare, review, and finalize all client-related documentation (invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, contracts, etc.).
Monitor shipment timelines and proactively update clients on delivery status and potential delays.
Identify and resolve client issues, complaints, or operational challenges efficiently.
Collaborate internally with sales, production, and logistics teams to ensure smooth order execution.
Maintain accurate records of all client interactions, orders, and transactions.
Continuously work on improving client satisfaction and retention.
