We are looking for a Customer Service / Assistance Coordinator to join our growing operations team.
Job Description
Assist customers with travel-related support requests and emergency assistance services.
Coordinate travel and concierge arrangements in line with customer benefits and service coverage.
Open and follow up on assistance cases for customers traveling abroad.
Communicate with service providers, partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth customer support and case handling.
Respond to incoming emails and customer requests according to company procedures and service standards.
Maintain accurate records and updates for ongoing cases.
Support the operations and assistance teams during busy periods when required.
Escalate urgent or unresolved issues to senior team members when necessary.
Provide written and verbal support to international customers and travelers.
Carry out additional customer support and operational tasks as needed.
