Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly experienced Flight Ticketing Supervisor to lead our ticketing operations within a fast-paced tourism environment. This role is ideal for a hands-on professional who can manage complex bookings while supervising and guiding a team to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily ticketing and reservation operations to ensure smooth workflow
Handle complex flight bookings, reissues, cancellations, and refunds
Manage travel arrangements end-to-end, ensuring high service quality
Monitor team performance and provide coaching and support when needed
Ensure compliance with airline policies, procedures, and fare rules
Coordinate with airlines, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve issues
Maintain accuracy in all ticketing transactions and reporting
Support sales efforts and upselling opportunities when applicable
