Effectively communicating with Customers/Partners as well as internal stakeholders (Sales team, Supply Chain, etc)
Handling quotations and managing Order handling process from booking to goods delivery
Monitoring payment collection process fulfilment
Helping customers with different inquiries, issues, and requests — always aiming for a great experience
Managing Post Sales activities (claims, returns, etc) with a solution-focused approach
Spotting patterns in customer feedback or internal processes and sharing ideas for improvement
Working closely with your teammates and other departments to share the best practices and knowledge or to resolve issues quickly
Promoting and supporting use of e-commerce solutions
