Lead and manage the full procurement cycle (sourcing, RFQs, negotiation, purchase orders, delivery).
Develop and maintain strong relationships with qualified suppliers and subcontractors.
Review technical specifications and coordinate with engineering and project teams.
Analyze quotations and lead commercial and technical negotiations.
Ensure on-time delivery aligned with project schedules.
Monitor supplier performance and resolve quality or delivery issues.
Support budgeting, cost control, and value engineering initiatives.
Maintain procurement reports, contracts, and documentation.
Mentor junior procurement staff and ensure compliance with company policies.
