We are looking for an experienced IT Operations Section Head to lead and manage IT infrastructure operations across multiple domains. The role focuses on driving operational excellence, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring the stability, performance, and security of IT services.
The ideal candidate is a strong people manager with solid technical background, capable of organizing workflows, mentoring team members, and aligning IT operations with business needs
Key Responsibilities:
Operations & Service Management:
Ensure reliable IT service delivery in line with business needs and SLAs
Monitor performance and proactively resolve operational issues
Team Leadership:
Mentor and develop team members, ensuring continuous growth
Set clear priorities, KPIs, and accountability across the team
Process & Governance:
Implement and enhance ITIL-based processes (Incident, Change, Problem Management)
Establish structured workflows and improve operational efficiency
Infrastructure Oversight:
Oversee IT infrastructure including virtualization (VMware), Exchange, and security environments
Ensure high availability, scalability, and performance
Security & Compliance:
Enforce security policies and ensure compliance with standards
Work closely with security teams to mitigate risks
Monitoring & Continuity:
Ensure effective monitoring, backup, and disaster recovery practices
Conduct regular reviews and testing
Stakeholder Management:
Act as the main point of contact for IT operations
Provide regular updates and reports to management
