4. Health & Safety Compliance
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
Report and manage any incidents or hazards.
5. Process Improvement
Identify areas for operational improvement and implement best practices.
Optimize space utilization and workflow efficiency.
6. Coordination & Reporting
Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and retail teams to ensure smooth operations.
Prepare regular reports on warehouse performance, stock levels, and KPIs.
