We’re looking for a commercially minded and organized Sourcing & Import Specialist to manage the full product sourcing and import cycle. This role is not only about shipping and customs. You will help find winning products, analyze suppliers, calculate profitability, manage replenishment, and make sure products reach the store on time, with the right cost, quality, and compliance. You will work closely with Product, Operations, Finance, Marketing, and external suppliers to support business growth and product launches. What You’ll Be Doing: Product Sourcing and Supplier Management Search for winning products in target markets, including China, Turkey, Alibaba, and other digital sourcing platforms Analyze suppliers based on price, quality, reliability, lead time, and commercial terms Negotiate with international suppliers to secure the best prices and payment terms Manage supplier communication from sourcing to final delivery Profitability and Cost Analysis Calculate full landed cost before purchase, including product cost, shipping, customs, clearance, duties, storage, and other related expenses Support pricing decisions by ensuring healthy profit margins before importing Compare estimated landed cost with actual cost after shipment arrival Prepare cost and profitability reports for management Import Operations Manage the full import cycle from sourcing to shipping, customs clearance, and final delivery Coordinate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and clearance agents Track shipments and solve delays or operational issues Ensure all import documents are accurate and complete Handle Letters of Credit when needed Product Launch Support Manage fast sample requests from suppliers Coordinate sample delivery to the studio Provide product specifications, technical details, supplier images, and product data to the Marketing and Content teams Support fast product launch from sourcing to online listing Inventory Replenishment Monitor product sales velocity and stock availability Issue replenishment requests at the right time to avoid stockouts Coordinate with internal teams to maintain high availability of winning products Support demand planning based on product performance and lead time Compliance and Quality Coordinate with quality labs such as SGS when needed Manage Saber certification requirements for KSA imports Ensure products meet quality, safety, and compliance standards before shipment Follow up on inspection, testing, and certification documents Reporting and Cross-Functional Work Collaborate with Product, Operations, Finance, Marketing, and Warehouse teams Prepare reports on sourcing activity, shipment status, landed cost, supplier performance, and stock availability Identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements
