IT Support & Troubleshooting
Provide first-line technical support for hardware, software, network, and system-related issues.
Diagnose and resolve desktop, laptop, printer, and peripheral problems.
Respond to helpdesk tickets and user inquiries in a timely manner.
Escalate complex technical issues to higher support levels when required.
System & User Administration
Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and business applications.
Create and manage user accounts, passwords, and access rights.
Support email systems, Microsoft Office applications, and collaboration tools.
Ensure proper setup for new employees (devices, accounts, permissions).
Network & Infrastructure Support
Assist in maintaining LAN, Wi-Fi, internet connectivity, and VPN access.
Support basic network troubleshooting and connectivity issues.
Monitor IT equipment and report infrastructure problems.
