Comfort Egypt is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Team Leader to lead, manage, and develop our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, coaching team members, and driving business growth across key channels.   Key Responsibilities: Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets Set clear sales goals and KPIs for team members Monitor daily sales activities (calls, visits, conversions) Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market share Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients Prepare sales reports and performance analysis Coordinate with other departments (marketing, operations, supply chain) Identify new business opportunities and market trends
