Job Description:
We are looking for a Shopify & Operations Coordinator to manage our day-to-day e-commerce operations. The role involves handling orders, coordinating with the warehouse and shipping partners, and ensuring a smooth and efficient customer experience from order placement to delivery. You will also be responsible for maintaining product listings and supporting overall website performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and update products on Shopify (uploads, descriptions, pricing)
Process and follow up on daily orders
Coordinate with warehouse and shipping companies
Track inventory and ensure stock accuracy
Handle order issues, returns, and exchanges
Monitor website performance and report any issues
Ensure smooth operation of the online store
