-Lead end-to-end production execution for events and activations.  -Prepare production plans, timelines, and schedules.  -Receive and review site measurements to ensure execution accuracy.  -Obtain quotations, negotiate pricing, and coordinate with suppliers. - Supervise fabrication, branding, staging, and production materials. - Manage AV and technical production requirements. - Conduct site visits and pre-event inspections. - Follow up on-site during execution, installation, and setup phases. - Inspect final finishing and ensure quality standards are met. - Lead setup and dismantling teams during event days. - Monitor budgets and control production costs. - Resolve on-site issues and last-minute changes efficiently. – Coordinate with internal departments, suppliers, and clients. - Prepare post-event reports and supplier evaluations.
