Responsibilities:
Spearhead HR administrative tasks, ensuring seamless operations and compliance.
Drive talent acquisition efforts, particularly within fashion retail and sales fields.
Develop and implement human resources development programs that empower our team.
Collaborate closely with management to understand staffing needs and sales targets.
Utilize your exceptional computer skills to manage HR systems and data efficiently.

Skills & Technologies: You'll be leveraging your expertise in Human Resources (HR), HR Admin, and Administration daily. A strong understanding of the Retail Business, particularly Fashion Retail and Fashion Sales, is crucial. Your Computer Skills will be put to the test, alongside your ability to navigate the nuances of the Sales Field and achieving Sales Targets. Experience with HRIS and recruitment platforms is a plus!
