This role is ideal for someone experienced in beauty content creation, social media management, and digital storytelling. المسؤوليات الرئيسية إنشاء المحتوى وإدارة وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي Create high-quality content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Snapchat. Develop content calendars, reels, short videos, and campaign ideas. Write engaging captions and scripts aligned with brand tone and audience behavior. Follow and apply beauty, skincare, and haircare trends. استراتيجية المحتوى والحملات Build and execute content strategies that drive engagement and growth. Lead product launch campaigns, seasonal campaigns, and influencer content direction. Align content with performance marketing and brand goals. إنتاج المحتوى Manage full production cycle: planning, scripting, shooting, directing, editing. Work with photographers, videographers, and designers. Ensure premium quality content consistent with brand identity. تسويق الأداء وتحسينه Analyze content performance using insights and analytics tools.
