تبحث شركة متنامية لتخطيط موارد المؤسسات والحلول الرقمية عن مدير عمليات اكتساب المواهب لقيادة وإدارة عمليات اكتساب المواهب وفريق التوظيف. الدور مسؤول عن إدارة أنشطة التوظيف وعمليات التوظيف واستراتيجيات تحديد المصادر وخطوط المواهب عبر الوظائف الفنية والتجارية والشركات مع ضمان تنفيذ التوظيف بكفاءة وعالي الجودة بما يتماشى مع احتياجات العمل. سيقود المرشح المثالي فريق اكتساب المواهب، وإدارة تخطيط التوظيف وتقدم التوظيف، ودعم العلامات التجارية لصاحب العمل ومبادرات تجربة المرشح، والعمل بشكل وثيق مع مديري التوظيف وقيادة الموارد البشرية لدعم نمو القوى العاملة وفعالية التوظيف.   مسؤوليات الوظيفة: Lead and manage talent acquisition operations, recruitment activities, and hiring pipelines across different business functions. Manage the Talent Acquisition team to ensure effective sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, and hiring execution. Develop and manage sourcing strategies, recruitment plans, and talent attraction activities across ongoing vacancies. Work closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring priorities, workforce needs, and recruitment challenges. Monitor hiring progress, sourcing effectiveness, recruitment metrics, and operational performance through regular reporting and follow-up. Support employer branding, candidate experience, and recruitment process improvement initiatives. Manage sourcing platforms, recruitment tools, LinkedIn Recruiter activities, and external recruitment partners when needed. Coach and support recruiters to drive team performance, operational efficiency, and professional growth.
